So uh...I took her to the Halloween festival Friday & treated her so so good. I bought her treats, food, & gloves to complete her costume. We had a really really good time I thought. When I went in yesterday to work all the guys in there laughed at me & I didn't know why at first :(. But then one of them told me that "Sasha" made fun of me, like how awkward I looked & how I kept licking my lips. There was dry ok. She also said how I cant keep up at work & is always lagging behind & my projects are always incomplete & other stuff that made me feel bad :(. When I saw her that day she acted like nothing happened . I wanna ask her so so bad if what those guys says is true or if they trying to make trouble for me. I don't wanna do something dumb by asking & she gets offended 'cause its not true. I really really like her but don't wanna be a fool & take her out again & she goes on to say more stuff about me. I'm stuck guys :o.

Ah....women talking behind your back, don't you just love when that happens? I don't think you should take her out again, she has shown the type of person she is, and you know nothing is sacred with her.

However, if she does come to you, let her know that acting her age is better than acting her shoe size.

I dont understand why you cant ask her.

I cant for the life of me.

Are you afraid that she'll rise up and say, "Well I dont like you"

If so, you should be happy that you got to weed her out.

Do you just go around and let people make derogitory comments about you?

Just ask no questions, and live in naivity?

If this girl is your FRIEND, you can ask her.

I know that she's not your date because you seem to be friend-zone.

In the end, it all comes down to dignity

She made fun of you behind your back and embarrassed you in front off your peers at work. Why on earth would you want to take her out again? Do you have any reason to believe that those guys would make it up? It sounds to me like they're telling the truth. In which case you would be a fool to waste any more time with her. You deserve better!

Thank u. I believe I should get better. I saw her today & she ignored me so I think the guys might be right about her. Just gonna concentrate on the cute girl & try to like her more :).

Don't have the background, but it sounds like you have some romantic aspirations with this girl? Well, definitely drop those immediately, because she clearly doesn't respect you.

It might put her in her place to let her know: "It got back to me that you were making fun of me. I don't appreciate that. I was only trying to get to know you. I won't be trying anymore."

Move on!

Problem with girls / women that talk thrash behind ones back, it ends up coming out in the end from their would-be confidante'

I wouldn't bring anything up to her.

Also, I don't understand why these men are laughing at you and then telling you that the reason they're laughing at you is because another one of your co-workers is talking about you behind your back. They ALL sound like they need a life.

Do your thing. Live your life. Make friends and lovers OUTSIDE of work. Let work be exactly that.
