lostsoul6486 Posted October 22, 2014 Posted October 22, 2014 Hey, everyone. This is a video I stumbled upon today that has really helped me understand forgiveness. Unfortunately, my forgiveness for my ex falls under the release category. I'm still having a really hard time and I get sad quite often when I think about her betrayal, but being pissed and hurt is just making it worse. It's still going to be hard to "forgive" her even if it is for my own good, but having this better understanding of what forgiveness is really helped me out and I hope it does the same for all of you.

I'm currently dealing with several traumatic events - one that has consumed me for way too long and which I allowed to block myself from living my life. So thank you and I wish you all the best.
