In the Old Testament, god says to execute unbelievers and homosexuals as well as condones rape and genocide. Then, he sent jesus who said to love your enemy.

Where did God say to execute unbelievers? I think I know what you MIGHT be referring to, but before I answer, I'd like clarification.
