alexwood Posted October 9, 2014 Posted October 9, 2014 my girlfriend was suppose to go out drinking with her two guy friends last night..she said she wasnt going though because one of them had to be at work early the next morning she said she wasnt going to go alone with her friend "matt" because they dont go out alone why would that be??
sdrawkcaB ssA Posted October 9, 2014 Posted October 9, 2014 She does not want the other friend to feel like it is a date??? Probably does not feel comfy with just one friend. Some peeps like a small group to feel like there is a variety of interests going on.

Because he has made a pass at her or expressed interest in her in the past and doesn't want to encourage him. Or she likes him and doesn't want to make a mistake.
d0nnivain Posted October 9, 2014 Posted October 9, 2014 Exactly. She doesn't want to lead him on or she doesn't trust him (or herself) to be alone with him so she's avoiding trouble. She also may respect you & not go out alone with men who are not her BFs She sounds like a smart lady with well defined boundaries. What's your problem with her behavior? You should be happy not questioning it.

Because you have a good, loyal, faithful girlfriend and she's smart enough to know that its not respectful to you to go out drinking alone with a guy and with two people of the opposite sex and alcohol mixed together bad things can happen. Be happy man! 1
Redhead14 Posted October 9, 2014 Posted October 9, 2014 You already knew the answer to this. Now don't be suspicious of her at any point. She has shown you she is trustworthy. Value that always. And don't begin to be suspicious of her or him because you are now actually aware of this. It will creep into your relationship.
