Gloria25 Posted October 9, 2014 Posted October 9, 2014 The other night I saw this young couple, the guy opened the door for the chick, she sat down, he closed it, and then proceeded to put their groceries in the back of his car.... I was so impressed that a young man - especially in this day and age where there's a lot of "equality" talk and lack of chivalry - was somehow either taught and/or mindful of being a gentleman....I was also surprised this conduct was coming from some kid who was driving a sporty/flashy looking car...lol I just had to share this.... 3

I don't know that its a lack of chivalry, as although I think its sweet to see I wouldn't expect a chap to do this for me... I think its a lack of basic manners and common courtesy towards others that is rapidly decaying... Perhaps that is why we all have so many problems dating these days because the guidelines have been broken so anything goes... including being nasty...? Still good to read and see that its alive and kicking though 1
