Xerxes1986 Posted March 9, 2005 Posted March 9, 2005 Oh man I am so freaking confused. I don't know what to think, who to believe, or what to do. So at work I saw Dane and started talking to him...i asked him where he heard that Kylie and Cody were "more than friends" and he was like "Cody told me". I told him what Kylie told me and that she said that her and Cody were "just friends". He told me that he knows that type of girl and she was a total player...just giving guys enough attention to keep them interested and cutting them loose when it gets too involved. I am so god damn confused. Should i believe Kylie or Dane? Personally i don't see Kylie as that type of person but dane totally sees it. She is so nice and happy all the time...like the perfect girl. Whereas Dane isn't totally innocent. He always talks about "hitting it and quiting it" with girls. That is just disrespectful in my mind. Dane is also two-faced...he tells me that he is a nice guy but i am hearing from other people in my department that he is an a**h*** who thinks he is the boss of everyone...i havn't seen this myself but i have heard it from several people. I WANT to believe Kylie because i still have a thing for her...i think. I don't even know what to think of her right now...The way i was brought up...you don't look someone in the eyes and lie to them. That just isn't right. I would never lie to someone if they looked at me and asked a question...especially when it comes to ther peoples feelings. I am in an emotional tug-of-war with myself, and it's tearing me up inside. But as i said before, I am not going to jump to conclusions about Kylie anymore because that has only led to trouble before so tommorow i am going to ask her about it.......and hope that she gives me a straight answer...i would hate to have to go to cody and ask about the details and present them to kylie. Of course Cody could be the bad guy here...he could be totally lying thru his teeth...again i do not know. AWWWWW what do i do?

She gave you the 'just friends' racket, regardless of what flirting she did - and the fact that she is doing the same thing with some other guy is no concern of yours. She isn't going to be your girlfriend regardless of what she does or does not do with other guys. But... I can understand where you are coming from. If you absolutely have to why not ask them the deal while they are together? Asking them separately will be a constant 'he said', 'she said' sort of thing - perpetuating that tug-of-war inside you. If you talk to them together, you'll see some hilarious contradictions going on between them. Their reactions, if not their words, will tell you all you need to know. Of course, they will both probably see it as none of your business and you may end up starting a fight, but if that's what it will take to shatter those false illusions, so be it.
