keanechoo2013 Posted October 8, 2014 Posted October 8, 2014 Hi all, need some advise on the above. the decree nisi absolute on our side (defendant) is a 2 page electronic paper given by the plaintiff side's lawyer. the first page bears the seal of the state courts and signature of registrar (electronically) and a certified true copy by plaintiff lawyer stamp. the 2nd page, no signature. is this a real document? checking out for my sister. i was thinking how come not subordinate court stamp? appreciate any inputs?
Mirages Posted October 13, 2014 Posted October 13, 2014 Start by identifying your country or state, laws vary a lot. A lawyer can help. A court clerk can also determine a document's legitimacy for free in most cases. 1
