This is just one of the reasons I deleted my Facebook account about 4 weeks back. I knew if I continued to keep my account that at some point I'd be tempted to look at my ex-fiance's page, and I thought it wise to never see anything that might mentally or emotionally hurt me. Granted for a while I went through Facebook withdraw, but at the end of the day I strongly feel that "ignorance is bliss"!

I feel for you mate, I really do. I'm sorry to hear this.

 

Thing is, people advise you to just ignore what she is up to, but I think sometimes you need to see stuff like this, because it makes you realise that you have to move on.

 

Now you know she's with someone else, delete your Facebook, you don't need to know anymore, you need to move on pal.
