preraph Posted October 10, 2014 Posted October 10, 2014 Damn right. I know cos once I had the fortune of 5 continuous years of dreamless sleep. All that means is you are not able to handle what your subconscious is dealing with. Means you have some stuff you're blocking real hard. When you are ready, you will be able to dream about it. It will seem scary at first when you know the dream is coming because you've feared it subconsciously, but it's not always scary once it gets there. When we haven't either wanted to or been able to deal with someone while we're awake and thinking, it's left to our subconscious to do it, but that's not all dreams do. They have many purposes. If you have a problem and don't want to dream about it, then before bed, give a minute or two to thinking about the problem and then maybe you won't wake up sweating about it at 4 in the morning.
