spiderowl Posted October 13, 2014 Posted October 13, 2014 already "played the filed," Yes, there are a lot of guys on online dating, in their 40s, who haven't been in a relationship longer than 6 years. That could just be bad luck for them or it could be they haven't got staying power. If a guy is good-looking, clearly active and has a good lifestyle, then if he's not in a good relationship in his 40s it's probably because he doesn't want commitment. Someone who 'plays the field' is not a good bet, in my opinion, however good-looking he is.
Tayken Posted October 13, 2014 Posted October 13, 2014 It's a bit disrespectful for men to act as if a woman who is over 30 isn't "worthy" of a decent man or is then deemed damaged goods. Please point me to the direction of where this has been said...please do. You can roll your eyes all you want, but that can be forgiven because you haven't been married yet, are still young and have no major life lessons yet. What most men are referring to, is the BS, head games and entitlement issues...sex is NOT the answer to everything, and if women just for a second can remove this from their thinking, they will realize that there is more to it all than meets the eye. In the words of Shania Twain..."that don't impress me much".
