And we are, because we are LSers so it is already a given. So what is it that makes you awesome as a (potential) partner? I would go first, but that would make this post too long to read I'm afraid. love1336x Posted October 2, 2014 Posted October 2, 2014 I'm beautiful. I'm not lazy. Very loyal. Silly. Supportive. I feel in a sense I adjust to my partner needs, ex: I USED to hate SPORTS. ALL TYPES OF SPORTS. But honestly, I never gave it a chance. My boyfriend LOVES EVERY SINGLE SPORT EVER CREATED. I adjusted. I watch it with him. I go to games with him because makes him happy, and now I like soccer and can't wait to see hockey game! Whatever makes my partner happy if i can do it I will do it, or at least try. A lot of people these day DONT TRY. They want a person to simply accepted them for them without having them to change. Which is completely and utterly selfish. I am not saying CHANGE YOU as person to make another happy, no. But adjust. 1

And I know my husband is too. I'm not classically beautiful, but I wouldn't say I'm ugly though, either. So I don't stop vans full of burly builders in their tracks and make them drool and wolf-whistle, but I do attract attention intellectually.... And I would say, long after the physical has faded and vital statistics have given way to gravity, the wrinkles are set around the neck-line and the laugh-lines no longer fade, being able to still hold a scintillating, interesting and mind-expanding conversation with someone, is - dare I say it? Yes, I dare - sometimes a lot more satisfying and gratifying than sex.

No boring meal out of a box when I'm around. You want something made from scratch? Done. 4. I exercise regularly and eat healthy 80% of the time, but I'm not a gym rat and have no problem scarfing pizza w/ beer on the side. 5. I have my own hobbies and interests, I don't need her to entertain me. I can serenade her with guitar during a picnic on the beach. 6. I worked in a restaurant for seven years, so my kitchen is almost always spotless. Dishes do not pile up. Expired food does not remain in the fridge. At the same time, my bedroom is generally a of mess. So I'm flexible in that regard. 7. I'm serious/ambitious enough to have become a lawyer, so at snooty work events she can introduce me as "her boyfriend, he's a lawyer". 8. I'm silly enough that little kids love me. I work with them 5 days a week and they almost always have a good time. 9. I only follow ONE sport, which hopefully isn't too much to put up with. 10. I'm generous, especially in the bedroom (one partner reached O number 13 over a 90 minute session). 11. I'm loyal. I'm gentle (I saved a moth this week). I'm polite. 1

I also do martial arts to high standards so I can protect her. - Despite me doing martial arts, I'm a gentle soul. I get told I'm too nice. - I love animals. Cats especially seem to love me - I like to treat a partner like a princess and like to show her off to my friends! - I can listen if she needs to unload. - I have my own social life, and won't want to be "joined at the hip."
