Was just wondering.

How often do you stare at the empty side of your bed and think?

"ey left side, no worry, someone will sleep on you soon" xD.

Well not like that but i sometimes get really lonely and feel like i'm really missing on someone and i "brush" the empty side of my bed, give it a slight stroke....lawl.

Happened this morning, in a long time so it got me curious.

Also why do we do this? ^^

I don't really do that with my bed since I always toss and turn in my sleep, so there is no real "my side."

Though I'm definitely very aware of it when I'm driving, that my ex is not in the passenger seat.

I have been single for so long that I sleep in the middle of my bed. There is 1,60 m but no right or left side anymore.

It's gonna be a hell of an adaptation to fit a boyfriend in that bed :-).

It is probably cheaper to get a wee boyfriend than to go with a California King sized bed. Plus wee boyfriends are easier to move, not only for a change of diggs, but to kick his arse over for hogging your 2/3 of the bed. MWHAHAHAHA!!!

I don't sleep in 'our' bed anymore, since she moved out. I moved into one of the spare rooms, single bed.

Stop crying like a sissy. Get out of bed and do something useful.

I have double bed and I have single bed. I sleep in the single and jump off the bed as soon as I wake. Sometimes I jump off even when not quite awake. When I was younger I used to take 5 hour lay-in's.

At all times in my life where I've been single, I don't think I've ever done that. I definitely don't mind the extra space.

Yuuuuuuh, wel damn, guess it's just me then and my mind going bonkers cuz of the romance i don't have.

Been single my whole life, except for a few months all put toghether in wich i have had a partner :p.

Cravings, idk.

Was hoping to not be the only mad man in the house. xD

I've never had that moment...

I'm so used to sleeping alone in a bed that if a man I'm seeing sleeps over, I get annoyed cuz I can't rest....lol.

I mean, there are times (even last week when I was fixing back my room) that I look in my closet, drawers, etc. and I have NO room for a guy's stuff if a guy was to move in with me.

But that's me...I guess I've designed my life where there's room for only me.

The only time I think of having a guy in my bed is when I'm horny...crude but true...

Been free for slightly over 4yrs now, i've never done the above [as far as i can remember].

Though i do daydream sometimes about getting back in the game.

Can't wait to sleep in the middle of my bed again!

Nope I don't do that. I like having it all to myself.

However I do sometimes wonder how my cat will feel if I get a serious boyfriend. She sleeps next to me most nights.

I don't know.....just can't bring myself to sleep with animals.

That is one thing I don't miss. I don't like sharing the bed. I slept with a bed\cover hog for 8 years. If I ever end up in a long term relationship I might have to have separate beds. Actually separate houses might work out better.

I miss sharing a bed.

If I had a cat he or she would be more than welcome to share . Past cats always did .

I do miss having someone to share the bed with but more than that I miss having someone to share all aspects of life with.

I have a single bed (no need for anything bigger). So there isn't a "side" of my bed.

You still feel this way after nearly a year???

I have a bed that I bought for my girlfriend and I two years ago. I never brush or think about what it would be like to sleep with another person. I have a queen size bed and I rather sleep alone. Enjoy your freedom. One side of my bed is used for clothes or books!

Wow! You must miss your ex. I don't think about my ex's during the day. I still have dreams about my first and only love though. It's been 4 years. I been single for 2 years sense than

Weird that this came up. Last night, I had a dream that I was cuddling with someone in bed.

Ultimately though, when I actually do have a female sleep over, I don't like even being in the same bed because I get too hot when I cuddling while going to sleep.

I do like cuddling. I just don't like cuddling when going to sleep.
