KissMyTiara Posted March 8, 2005 Posted March 8, 2005 So long as he doesn't know she "knows" and they are able to go about their seemingly perfect little life without the horrible truth really out in the air so that they can pretend like everything is perfect...yeah, I envy that.
fanou22 Posted March 9, 2005 Posted March 9, 2005 I did envy her at some point. I mostly envied the financial security when I was struggling. Though he never offered to help nor did I ask What is there to envy her? That he sleeps next to her? Oh Wait he says she sleeps in another room!!!!!!!!! Do I want to envy her for her alcoholic pot head husband? Right!!!!!!!!! That would definitely do it. I envy her for someone who stays home to be high all the time. Or maybe I should envy her for the STD? There is NOTHING that I envy her with. I actually pity her for having someone like this.
Author liswil Posted March 9, 2005 Author Posted March 9, 2005 Yeah, everytime I start to envy her usually someone helps me see reality and how she should be pitied. Mine was with me last week while his wife was home with a cold and when he got home she had fixed a big dinner for him. He did tell me what a jerk he felt like about it but still...
newby Posted March 9, 2005 Posted March 9, 2005 i did envy her for their cosy, married family life. i still think they have it easy. i used to envy her for him loving her so much he wouldnt leave. now i think what it must really be like in their house. they both seem to keep each other in a nonprogressive state. both drink, neither with any real ambition. watch telly, talk about mundane everyday stuff. i could be wrong but i think i'm right. and then i think, well i'd rather be me. sometimes! liswil, just thinking, if your guy cannot handle the guilt, then watch that he doesnt turn it around on to you xx
