Can anyone tell me, does a facebook relationship request show up on a mobile app? Specifically an iphone?

I dont believe this is the place where you should ask this haha :D However, to answer your questions: YES, friend requests do show on iphones. However, sometimes the application does glitch and the person might not get them for a while.
