What does "negative" mean exactly. And why are you asking us? If you geniunely want to know, text him and ask him. If you just want us to commisurate with you and reinforce your misguided notion that he's a bad guy and has totally mistreated you then turn elsewhere for that.

No. It sounds like he isn't yet sure if he will have free time tomorrow, but that he will text you if he does. It also sounds as though you like him as more than a "guy friend".

I'm afraid it is difficult to say whether he is interested based on the limited amount of info. If he views you as "just a friend" than I would consider that a normal response. If he views you as "GF material" I would still consider that a normal response, with the caveat that he'll do his best to make time.

Because it's text it's hard to tell intentions. He could very well be brushing you off or he's just being honest.
