ramba Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 Two years ago, I meet this guy while I was working overseas. Over the course of a few months, things got pretty intense between us, but sadly I had to leave the country and he had to stay. After his time was up in the country we meet, he was then shipped off to a different country for another year. He just returned home and as luck would have it, I found myself in his city this week. I emailed him and we arranged a time to meet up and have dinner. Everything was going great and if felt like we were never apart. At one point during the conversation we started talking about coffee. I made mention how coffee is the key to my heart and the next thing I know, he's ordering us coffee. Now I'm trying to figure out what to make of this and what it all means.
mightycpa Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 Now I'm trying to figure out what to make of this and what it all means. I'd say he likes you. Maybe one day, it will be the story of how you two met. Grandma, how did you meet Grandpa? Awwwwwww!
Gloria25 Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 I means = more booty calls... Just curious...this "intense" time you had with this guy, did it involve sex? How much sex? I mean, you were overseas, I gather there was also a shortage of available women?
Diezel Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 I made mention how coffee is the key to my heart and the next thing I know, he's ordering us coffee. Now I'm trying to figure out what to make of this and what it all means. It means he is actually paying attention to when you are talking. That or you are so boring that he needs caffeine to stay awake while he is with you. Come on, do you really need a translation?
Author ramba Posted September 14, 2014 Author Posted September 14, 2014 At first, no. We started as friends. Eventually, yes sex did become involved. It was intense both emotionally and physically. No there wasn't a shortage of women. It's not military.
cif Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 Awww the beginning of a love story? I would go along with it. You never know.
OwMyEyeball Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 Is coffee truly the one key to your heart? When caffeine is coursing through your veins, do you feel the urge to hop through fields of clover, screaming praise to the flowers, high fiving butterflies and dedicating your everlasting soul to the uncompromising beauty of nature, life and the human condition? Or were you just saying that you really enjoy coffee? And by ordering you a coffee, he was just saying that he heard you, and was making a kind gesture by catering to your wants. He likes you. You like him. See where it goes.
