fred123 Posted September 13, 2014 Posted September 13, 2014 i meet my friend for weekend. we go out to see his two friends. they all spanish but can speak good english. the whole weekend they not talk to me and i try make effort with them but they give short answers and ignore me. my friend and his two friends having fun and i feel left out. is this normal? do i just accept that in other countries this is normal

It's not about what country you're in, but about how your so-called "friend" treated you. Given that you now know that you don't/won't have fun with that group, do not agree to hang-out with them again. If your friend treats you better when it's just the two of you, or you're with people other than these guys, then you can decide if you want to hang-out with him.
