JohnSilverman Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 Sometimes I wonder if it's better if your partner broke up with you because of someone else rather than breaking up with you because they wants to be single. Mine broke up with me and still single after a year and I'm still wondering what the *** is wrong with me. I mean I think it would be easier for me to move on knowing that my ex is with someone new now rather than knowing that your ex partner is single and living a happy life.

Those whose exes got involved with someone else "too soon", just have to deal with different, but no less crappy/self-negating thoughts. (I guess it meant nothing; I guess it was just fake; I guess I just suck...or at least I suck more than the new guy/girl.)

She could have moved on after only a couple of months and you'd be lamenting how quickly she got over you. Or she could have cheated on you and left you wondering if she had ever loved you at all. There's no ideal scenario. 3
