If you're honest with yourself, that's not why you contacted her. I'm not being mean, just calling you out. I want to help you in the same ways I've been helped, and sometimes that involves a little tough love. The absolute best thing you can do is try to move on. That's really all you can do. Avoid possibly running into her in those social gatherings you describe until you've moved on. 5

Why do you need a whole instruction booklet on how to move on from your? You shouldn't request a moving on manual from her. That email is going to annoy the hell out of her. Just live your life and if you run into her out there in this huge world, maintain your composure and be respectful.
