lizlovesss Posted September 6, 2014 Posted September 6, 2014 Is that attractive to you? Do you respect them more or less than other people? What's your opinion?
Mr Scorpio Posted September 6, 2014 Posted September 6, 2014 Depends entirely on context. Any sort of swearing in the bedroom is a plus. Swearing when you are surprised, scared, or in pain is fine. Cursing like you're straight out of a mob movie? That is tolerable if you can turn it off in-front of company. But if you're leaving a string of profanity trailing through public places? You might as well start chewing tobacco and wearing a wife-beater. 1
OwMyEyeball Posted September 6, 2014 Posted September 6, 2014 When she's "Oh fiddlesticks!" and "Golly gee!" in the park and "OH **** ME HARDER!!! GOD DAMN YES ****ING YES" in the bedroom Very hot
dragon_fly_7 Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 I'm assuming guys would be just as turned off as we would be if a man had such limited vocabulary and was cursing like a sailor in public.
Tayken Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 My ex hated it said it wasn't lady like. But I go around saying eff and fudge now out of habit and it just sounds stupid. Your ex was right, and is this something that you will like to see your daughter doing? My ex did the same, and that is one of the reasons she is an ex. My profile even mentions this under deal breakers...I can't stand it and all it shows is that you are limited in your vocabulary, and can't seem to string sentences together without being vulgar Same applies to men too by the way. I am not a swearer 1
StanMusial Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 It's sort of mannish behavior, and I like feminine women. It was never a problem with any of my gf's. I can only think of a few women I have known to swear a lot - one of them used dip tobacco and was known to let a "Farmer's Blow" fly on occasion... nasty ol gal.
Candy_Pants Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 I don't trust people who don't cuss . 2
Robert Z Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 (edited) I don't trust people who don't cuss . Haha, no sht! I don't like to hang with a woman who is constantly talking like a drunken sailor but most people do cuss, depending on the context. It seems a bit uptight or pretentious to me if someone never cusses even in a completely private situation. It makes me think they aren't sincere. They are guarded and not being completely genuine. But there are few things more embarrassing than being with someone who doesn't know when not to use foul language. Edited September 8, 2014 by Robert Z 2
