I was doing good past months don't know why it bothers me that it's her birthday tom. of course I don't have a plan on greeting her.. I am just feeling uneasy about it. Am I Gonna make it? I feel like I care but I should not care.

Don't know the back story, but I'm guessing you got dumped. When it was my ex's birthday, I went out and kept myself occupied as much as possible until the day was over. Go out with friends, get drunk, go for a hike, go on a date... anything to not be left with your thoughts. Before you know it, the day will be over, you won't have contacted her, and everything will be fine. 1
