Back in 1989 I fell in love with her. We were good friends and then we couldn't stop following each other around. I said it first. I love you. but she said she could only be friends. I stopped seeing her and eventually I got married and raised a family. I am now divorced and I have yearned for her all of this years. I saw her back in 2005 and she got very emotional when she saw me. we talked for about 45 minutes and I tried to apologize for giving up on our friendship she got up and ran away from me. very upset ????????

 

I wonder why. any ideas?
