I don't want to know, how you know he was arrested. However if you know she may well know and simply not care.

I only know cause a friend told me, and she definitely knows -- cause she had to bail him out (also from said "friend"). I just wanted to message her to rub it in her face, or something.

Yep - no point in telling the girl something she already knows and clearly doesn't care about. Although it after this long you still care to any degree you should ask your friends not to concern you with whatever she and or he are doing
