Good questions to ask when dating

What do you guys do keep the conversation going? Me and my boyfriend have been seeing each other for 3 weeks. We love to talk to one another but sometimes we run out of things to talk about. What do you suggest? For example, we have what we call the word of the day. Which is fun? I may say Sexy,...he may say the next day

Liking the word of the day.

 

I actually have no problem finding something to say, quite the opposite I have a million and one things to talk about with new guy. I want to share everything that's happening in my life and his lfie right now (did you get that phonecall, what did you do over the weekend, how's your parents etc) but also have a whole lifetime of experiences ot share and I am dying to know his opinion on everything. It's hard for me not to just quiz him constantly.

 

I'd suggest coming up with stuff related to somethign you've heard or seen during the day, eg a co worker brings in pictures of their new nephew, you ask bloke about his family, funny stories, how he gets on with his siblings etc.

 

My best friend and I have been friends for 25 years and we could still talk for several hours every day. Just talk about whatever comes into your head.

I must be a chatterbox, haven't had this problem yet. My problem is we stay up wayyyyy too late talking and I have to work the next day, I'm a zombie. We enjoy silence, just holding each other, too, but most times we end up talking. I guess for me I focus on the future with him, what does he think about this or that...for example, goals, having kids, death, future of technology, future of America, aye. don't ask me why, I just like to know what the future looks like in his eyes. We've shared lots of childhood memories, also...but I stay away from romantic histories at this point. Don't worry about filling the silence, just enjoy each other. Watching tv brings up topics for us to discuss, situations we have found ourselves in, etc. too.
