Thoughts on her reactions?

I'll try to keep this short.

 

1. Met a girl through a friend
   
2. she was cute, got her number
   
3. she seemed interested in me but i left to go to another party
   
4. then i went back to see her cuz she kept asking me to only to find out she hooked up with another guy
   
5. she seemed to feel bad as when she noticed I was there she started to ignore the other dude
   
6. I left cuz I felt it was my best interst
   
7. she msged me later to say sorry and to come hang out with her and her friend again next week
   
8. next weekend I saw her again she was very different not as outgoing and sober
   
9. had a lousy time so me and my friend who introduced me left
   
10. she msged me a few times but it died and I stopped caring
    
11. Fast forward a month and she msged me out of the blue to ask me to go clubbing with her and her friend again
    
12. I said maybe, asked if she wanted to hang out before
    
13. she said yes but I have to come out on Friday
    
14. made a time and place for ice cream with me picking her up
    
15. day before, she texted me saying she had to work and forgot and can't make it
    
16. she did not reschedule
    
17. so i told her i was busy Friday and couldn't make it
    
18. her reply was "NOOOOOO (((" to which I just ignored
    

 

Few things about her

1. She's 18
   
2. Been told shes kinda a player
   
3. First time I met her was her second time out at a bar
   
4. seems kinda dumb
   
5. knows shes good looking
   

 

I think it's a case of wanting what I can't have

 

One friend thinks I should respond because maybe she's being honest about work, but I countered that she did not try to reschedule.

 

Friend who introduced me said to forget her.

She seems very immature and not into you. She's young, dumb (according to you), and a player but hot so I'm sure you'll chase her even though a bunch of obvious red flags say not to.

She is playing with you bro. It is all a fun game to her. In situations like this, I like to play the player, but pretty sure she woudl eat you alive.

A lot of guys on here wouldnt know why you did that - Its because you value yourself, and you and her made a deal that you'd meet before.

I would still try to get with her, she seems fun, not looking like girlfriend material, but hang out, have fun and enjoy the ride.

Ya I don't think I want a relationship, I'm still newly single so I think I am enjoying it so far. She's just really hot... i've always been that nice guy and it never got me anywhere until my last relationship. And it ended in such a ****ty way that told myself I need to change a few things. So the most common thing I heard was to be selfish

 

I doubt she is looking for anything serious, but for now it seems like I have no reason to contact her, so I guess i'll wait and see if she comes back to contact me.
