jbr91 Posted August 8, 2014 Posted August 8, 2014 Would it be considered cheating if two people agree to be mutually exclusive and one of them sleeps with someone else? They aren't boyfriend/girlfriend but lets say that their "exclusiveness" eventually turns into an official relationship.
SummerLuvR Posted August 8, 2014 Posted August 8, 2014 What exactly does being "mutually exclusive" mean to this pair? I am confused by what you are asking. 1
marcjb Posted August 8, 2014 Posted August 8, 2014 (edited) There is no difference between being "exclusive" and a relationship. Are you trying to look for a loophole, because there aren't any. Edited August 8, 2014 by marcjb 1
Author jbr91 Posted August 8, 2014 Author Posted August 8, 2014 Well this happened to me by my current girlfriend. At the time, we weren't officially going out and saying we were boyfriend and girlfriend. We just said "well I wont have sex with anyone else if you dont." So it was more of a serious friendship than anything. Granted im not super upset at her for doing what she did because it was 1.) a long distance thing we had 2.) we werent actually considering each other boyfriend and girlfriend. I just wished she wouldve told me she did so because at the time I felt our relationship was pretty lax and open, which is probably why she slept with someone else in the first place. I mean should I be concerned or more upset here? Thanks again for all the replies.
