Lisa100small Posted February 25, 2005 Posted February 25, 2005 I went out with this really sweet guy on Wednesday........he paidfor everything, opened my car door, opened the door, pulled out my chair, he really made me feel special, he told me that he liked me for the person that I am....not just my looks (I'm in school so I usually am in jeans and stuff, kind of beat up and tired)....so he kept trying to go the extra mile for me..I forgot my soda , he went back and got it, I dont eat pork (I'm Jewish) so he told me that he was at breakfast the other day and he saw me and he was going to get some bacon but he remebered that I dont eat pork, so he decided not to get any becaue he was sitting near me.......and he didnt want me to see he was eating pork. I told I liked a ceratin kind of music so he bought the CD and plaed it in his car.....he was so SWEET. I feel so lucky....do you think he really has a thing for me? I feel like he might because he is so thoughtful........I never see him treating anyone else the way he treats me. How can I tell if a guy really has feelings for me and not just about sex.....this guy says he wants to take it slow and not pressure me to do anything. I appreciate that......I am really falling for his sweet, caring attitude. I just hope he's falling for me, I asked him after he told me I was cute, that I didnt think I looke so cute in my old jeans and t-shirt but he said that I was and he knows that if I look cute in old jeans, I must ave a lot of potential...by the way, I have known him, not personally for about 5 months so I knew he was smart and nice......he told me that he had been trying to get me alone to ask me out for 2 months because he was so shy.
laRubiaBonita Posted February 25, 2005 Posted February 25, 2005 he does sound sweet, and being that he Actually Remebers things about you, well i think that says something. i would just see how things play, have fun, do not get too serious.
ReluctantRomeo Posted February 25, 2005 Posted February 25, 2005 He sounds sweet to me.... I do the gentlemanly thing anyhow, but this sounds like me when I'm *really* interested in a girl.
Sckott Posted February 25, 2005 Posted February 25, 2005 I consider those little gestures almost standard for the course. Even if I'm slightly interested, I open the door and that stuff. Even when things don't work out, even for karma, those good things come back to you. And for the woman, she may or may not remember you opened the car door and paid for everything, she'll just remember you were sweet.
glitter-gal Posted February 25, 2005 Posted February 25, 2005 Definately sounds like a good thing... take it at your own pace. If he likes you he'll stick around and if not, then you didn't need him anyway!
