because I hope to delay time before that age comes.

I seriously cannot see myself being in a relationship that is serious, somehow I love the idea of being in a relationship with a girl where we are pretty much acting like kids most of the times rather than adults. What is wrong with me....

Where in the world do you come up with these things .

I am a grown woman with a full time professional job, raising a son who is on the verge of being a teenager and I have yet to act serious 100% of the time in my personal life. Matter of fact when the mood hits and its not intrusive (i.e. I can get away with it) I am a bit non professional in my professional life.

I'm married and we act like kids almost all of the time. Bouncing around, going to amusement parks, playing games, joking, etc. It's been that way for our entire relationship and neither of our personalities say it ever needs to change.

It's not when you marry, it's who you marry.

It's different for everybody. Some people do it in their 20s. Others don't settle down until much later in life. Stop trying to figure you this out by looking at a calendar.

Thats what all relationships should be like.

Anyone doing "Serious" relationships are just acting out things they see on TV.

Relationships are fun, they just get serious when you've been together for a long time, thats what the real serious is

What is your definition of a "grown woman"? Just because you have a kid who is about to be a teen doesn't mean you are mature....you could have had the kid at 18-20

Based on my experience dating, there are a lot of women out there in their late 30s and 40s (with child/ren), who have admitted they don't know what they want.....I mean you will think it's easy being that they have been in relationships...but their BS answer is that "I'll know it when I see it" (Read: when a cute guy comes along and make me wet my pants)

I usually avoid the ones that are not sure, and the ones that just separated....don't want all the emotional stuff unleashed on me

This line, right there.

Maturing doesn't mean that you drink tea all the time and have no fun anymore. You just need someone mature enough to take responsibilities in life and in a relationship. Some people could marry in their early 20s, other people shouldn't even be allowed to buy wedding rings.
