Like this one guy that is cute who I work with made and excuse that he doesn't want to date me since we are in the same department. Everyone says how much of a great person he is and blah blah so it stings that he's not interested. Then there is another guy that I want to talk to me who always seems shy whenever I come to the store. He (according to family members) is always staring and smiling at me whenever I come into the store. I would love to date him but of course its just another one that would notsay anything to me. Its always some excuse with the good ones I feel as though I should just date the bad ones sometimes. I'm trying my best not to It is just frustrating and upsetting that in my late 20s I'm having this much trouble finding someone special or at lease have had a boyfriend before... Or dated someone really, really kind toward me. I don't know I'm so tired...I promised myself that I was going ng to get everything I wanted once we relocated; love, a business and so on...

Have you tried groups, meetup's or OLD. Some people (and I'm one of them) put people at work into the "work people" box and don't date from there. I personally never date from work ever. I worked at a place one time and had this very attractive woman throwing herself at me and as tempting as it was to ask her out I couldn't. Some guys are shy, in this day and age it isn't uncommon for the woman to ask the guy out. It's happened to me before and I didn't have a problem with it at all. It takes time to find someone that's a good fit without a lot of compromises to too many compromises. I'm in my early 30's and still on the search myself. I wouldn't give up too soon.

I altered my schedule so that I could get around to not seeing him much. I'm slightly embarrassed that he doesn't want to. What is OLD?
