I'm Lebanese, but never the less. I don't think I have features they like, I'm heavy bearded, big lipped, I have hair on my arms and chest.

What's wrong with any of those features? My bf is heavy bearded, big lipped and has hairy arms and chest. And I think he's super hot (he's a quarter Romanian, and the rest is a mix of west European ancestry).

No, I'm a mix of stuff. 62.5% Russian, 25% Jew, the rest is Arab/Greek. But if people ask, I say I'm Russian because I am fluent in Russian (speaking, reading, writing), I am Russian Orthodox, I consider that country to be where I'm from, even though I wasn't born there.

I was saying I don't get much attention from asian girls. Other races seem to like me more.

I agree and no, I don't think ethnic preferences are racist. I know white men that don't find white women all that attractive and that doesn't offend me the slightest (I'm white).

 

I do however find racist the insinuation (not by you, OP) that liking people outside your own race is somehow 'open minded'. As if not being ethnocentric was some kind of an achievement reserved for special minority group :laugh: Or the idea that you have to be 'open minded' to find other races attractive. So offensive.

I find women of all races attractive. When I was a younger I got propositioned by both a spirited black girl and an later a beautiful Asian girl. Primarily I turned it down because it appeared they were seeking just casual sex for a short time ... but to be honest, at the time, I was also worried about how I would be treated as a white boy being with women of color. 28 years a go a white boy with a black girl might have taken some major **** and I lacked the balls to deal with it. Youth is wasted on the young.

 

But your preferences are your preferences and I see nothing wrong with it. I have always had a thing for brunets but that trait actually tends to cross races, but its only a preference not a rule.

Its not necessarily racist. People have their preferences. Mine are for white and amerindian men, but the last guy I wanted to date was black and my crush is one serious papi chulo. I also like pac islanders and uae men.

 

Also, racism doesnt always put a damper on the sex drive. Ive had dudes call me racial slurs as they were trying to get in my pants. I knew a racist white lady who was cheating on her husband with a black guy. Go figure!

 

To be honest, there are ethnicities in which men seem to be less, ahem, patient with women.

Not racist, more of personal preference.

 

Let's change the scenario, me for instance, find Indian men quite attractive, but never in my life had an Indian guy asked me out. I don't think that they're racist.

 

OTOH, white guys find me exotic/attractive, I'm of mixed race myself and most of the time, people can't guess my ethnicity. They're not being racist either.
