nerdlingZA Posted July 31, 2014 Posted July 31, 2014 I'm not sure if there's any other person here who faces the same problem as me, the girls that I've dated in my life have been casual they never told me they love me, my only LT relationship was with my Ex I chased her before we dated but when told me she loved me, the relationship started to be a one-side relationship with her taking charge!. There's this girl at school whom I've been friends with for 8 months, she suddenly told me she like me she want us to date - this was last week - I haven't talked to her for 8 days now I try as hard as I can not to see her at school. There's also this other girl at school whom we never really spoke but she told her friend that she likes me (1 month ago) ever since then I've been making sure I don't sit next to her at school, infact I've been making sure I don't even walk past her so that she doesn't talk to me. Well there's also this girl whom I called 'disgusting' earlier this year (check my prev threads) I saw her as a very very sexy girl whom I wanted to have sex with before she started acting crazy and telling me on facebook that she loves me, calling me x2 a day when we weren't even date. I don't know why this happens to me, guys is there any of you who face the same problem ? How do you fix it???
d0nnivain Posted July 31, 2014 Posted July 31, 2014 I didn't go to the extremes of avoidance the way you do, but when I was your age I liked the thrill of the chase more than the relationships. When the guys would say the liked me & wanted to be exclusive, I'd bolt. After college when I entered the real world, I grew out of it & learned about the joys of monogamy.

The chase doesn't even give me any confidence boost
