Fondue Posted July 28, 2014 Posted July 28, 2014 Hi everyone, So a girl I used to see over a year ago contacted me in a furious rage. She was really upset about our relationship. Apparently she was deeply hurt and is still recovering from it. She contacted me and broke NC because she found out I saw another woman when I saw her. We were not exclusive. She made sure of that. She had declined it in the past, and even slept with someone while we were "dating." She told me so. I understood (as she had stated that we were not exclusive), so I took it upon myself to go out with other women. This was after several months of seeing her, by the way. So I met a few women, and I started to "see" one on a pretty regular basis. We of course slept with each other. I liked her quite a bit, so I ended up dumping the original girl. Now that original girl is mighty pissed I was cheating on her for a long time. She thought we were exclusive, I guess. Now she wants revenge. She wants to "ruin" my life. "Destroy" me. SHe even told me to "watch my back." She is demanding that I meet me next week to answer her questions. She is also DEMANDING that I bring the girl I was cheating on her with as well. She wants to question her, too. I told her I wouldn't be doing that. She informed that if I don't at least give her the girl's contact information, she will still "ruin" me. She has been very, very threatening. I have made sure to keep all the text messages. She refuses to talk to me by phone. I told her that her messages are very dangerous sounding. I called up my lawyer friend this morning and he suggested I get an Order of Protection. I am thinking about it. Is that too much? I mean, what do you think this sounds like? Is this just empty threats? What can she do? Does this happen often? Did it ever happen to you? What should I do?

If the shoe was on the other foot and you were doing that to her, she would be down at the police station in a New York minute. When a woman states that she is going to ruin you, BELIEVE IT!!! If she knows you're alone at your house and asleep, she could go back to her house; trash the places, beat herself up call the cops and state that you beat the hell out of her. And guess what! They'll believe her. Is that far fetched? There have been a bunch of guys jailed under false allegations. Get an order of protection if she's bat sh*t crazy. Then, the cops will have a record of her behavior if she tries anything stupid.
SoThatHappened Posted July 28, 2014 Posted July 28, 2014 You know the saying, "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned" Throw crazy into the mix and who knows what she's gonna do. Take the proper precautions. I would get the Order. Sorry to hear about this situation. This girl needs some serious help, or a straight jacket.
No Limit Posted July 28, 2014 Posted July 28, 2014 Either get the restraining order, or a pitbull/any dog breed that is infamous for being "oh so dangerous".
