It's been a week since the big bresk up, but he still holds my hand!!!???

Ok,

I really don't get this. We broke up last week on this day so it's been a week now. Well, he'll come up to me and hug me ,hold my hand, and he GRABS my butt! (LOL) Like yesturday, that's all he did when I saw him. He just came up and gave me the greatest hug ever! Then he started holding my hand! I didn't pull away (like my friends said to do) because I love him so much! What do I do? Every one of his friends (which are my friends too now) said that he's probablly gonna ask me back out but I don't see it coming anytime soon! What's a girl to do????

In which case, he's behaving like a bastard. Sorry to put it so bluntly. If he's not interested in looking after the cow, he can't have the milk. It's as easy as that.

 

Of course he can touch your butt, hold your hand, do whatever.... if he's willing to recommit to being your boyfriend. Right now he *may* be thinking of asking you out again, but he may just be thinking FWB.

I'd say no. As you remove your hand, the phrase to use is "You made your decision honey" (or whatever petname you had for him). Without spelling it out, that makes quite clear the situation and what it would take for him to get to hold your hand, while hinting that you're open to getting back. If he starts going back on the breakup, encourage him but don't give in right away on anything more than handholding.
