Dating the ex-girlfriends is not allowed. That is the rule.

In my group of friends, nobody dates each other's ex no matter what. I've seen friendships destroyed over the years on the account of rules like this one being broken. All just for the curiosity of what the sex would be like between close friends.

 

One girl from highschool almost singlehandedly turned 3 of my closest buddies against each other. We all swore that we would never let that happen because the ensuing fisticuffs that happened was ugly. She never made it to me and our other best friend in the group.

 

Couldn't let that happen. Anyone else experience the same?

it causes jealousy, and isnt really a lot of fun to deal with

 

 

my longest relationships were with two guys who were friends now they are aquaintances....he liked me all through my ex cheating on me, he stopped hanging around him when he went on his juants and walkabouts with other women and partying...and hung out with me, i fell for him he eventually basically asked my first ex permission to date me while my first ex was sleeping at another womans house, my exes friend and i went to this ladys house who really spun out she had no idea i was aware my ex was cheating......we went together and spoke with each other...my ex said yes to my then bf to have a relationship with me...we skipped datign all togetheer.....they maintained their friendship for many years.....it was never the same however because the guy who asked permission had always felt for me.....and i knew that....i wouldnt do this again.....my ex and i were together for fifteen years and are now friends...i am friends with both......they are still courteous in regards to each other and enquire after each other.......they are not close friends......i am the common bond or friend if i wasnt here they would not ring or talk to each other..i am not with either one of them intimately and havent been for a very long time..deb
