My gf broke up with me like 8 days ago & we talked as friends everyday for 6 days but these last 2 days I went NC is that a good idea?

I would say it's a good idea. She might be keeping your around for comfort to ease the guilt of breaking up with you. It might be giving you a sense of false hope and it will hurt you later one. Stay strong.
