Okay, long story short, I might have to see my long term ex this week at a casual work function for me/she will be there for other reasons. I really don't want to see her but I can't skip out on this function. I haven't seen her in over a year, I have been strict NC(blocked her on FB)since December. This is lingering on my my, especially after 2 months ago she stalked and contacted a girl I was casually dating to sabotage it. I still have the proof of it on my phone from the girl I was dating. I would like to think I will ignore her, but if approaches I am afraid I will bring this up and ask why the she would do something like that. Any advice? What's my best approach?

I'll have to deal with this too. Haven't seen my ex in nearly a year, and he is coming back to work at the hospital I am at. I don't think we will see each other much, but the fact is that we will run into each other at some point. My plan is to ignore him completely, and, if he tries to talk to me, I will say that I would rather not talk about anything personal at work. Hopefully, he will avoid me, but I have a plan in case he doesn't.

What kind of function is this you are going to? If it's outside of work, you can only hope your ex will avoid you completely, and you will do the same. If she tried to talk to you in any form, I would kindly tell her that you would prefer not to talk about anything unrelated to work. I think that is the best, drama free plan.
