Ale021 Posted July 18, 2014 Posted July 18, 2014 Hello everyone, Little info on my current situation. I've know this girl for over a year, we meet in college. She's never had a boyfriend. I've never had any interest in her up until a few months ago. We both went home for summer break in May, she lives 60 minutes from me. We would text a couple times week and catch up etc. 3 weeks ago I happened to be in her town for an event and asked her if she would like to hang out while I was there, she agreed, we met up got food together and I went over her house to see her mother. She left the following day on a 2 week vacation., she agreed we would hang out again after she returned. Fast forward 3 weeks, I texted her a few days ago asking how her vacation was etc. I then asked her if she would like to join me and go to a amusement park which would be a 30 minute drive for her (longer drive for me) she asked me how much it would cost etc and I told her I would buy the tickets. She never gave me a straight forward yes/no answer instead she told me that she would let me know after this weekend and to text her and remind her about it. Normally I would just take "ill let you know" as a polite no. But she asked me how much it would cost, told me she wasn't much of a daredevil, and then told me she would let know know at the start of next week, just to text her and remind her? I cannot honestly tell if she is politely letting me down or she is truly thinking. Any advice?
d0nnivain Posted July 18, 2014 Posted July 18, 2014 She may like you but not like amusement parks. Call her & ask her if she wants to do something else. You should still go to the amusement park but with people who enjoy them more.
Wisecrack Posted July 18, 2014 Posted July 18, 2014 No no No no and NO. If Channing Tatum or some other dude asked her to the amusement park, do you think she would say no? I have female friends jump through that many hoops because they like a guy. The moment she starts squirming and giving half answers dude, just back away and move on to the next chick. She's just not that into you. Don't like her to the point you deeply analyse every word, movement or thought she has warping it into a sign she likes you.
