How do you move on from bad dating experiences? It just doesn't seem easy...I just get bitter and pissed when I think about that. And I tend to try to find the guys that pissed me off on facebook and I'm tempted to write some nasty message, but that would just be harassment.

Why are you punishing yourself for what some douchebag guy did? Sitting around all pissy is only hurting yourself, both physiologically and psychologically. It's not doing a thing to punish these guys, so why hang onto anger when it doesn't serve you?

Find a hobby. Read a book. Watch a movie. Play a game. Exercise. Ride a bike. Call your mom, or a friend. Clean your house. You get past it by distracting yourself with something worthwhile.

Stop stalking guys online. LET IT GO. Try the suggestion in this

Cherishing the good ones helps. Having dated a fair amount over the 20 years I was single, I had my fair share of both but my memories of the good ones finds me, these days, think those dating years weren't really that bad. I've just forgotten about the bad ones. The human mind works in mysterious ways I guess.

At the time, I recall it was easier to move on when having a busy life and going on more dates with different people. Eggs and baskets and all that stuff.

the fast way to put the bad behind you is to move on to the next with optimism that it will be better.

A little dwelling -- a few hours or days -- is natural.

After my worst dating experience ever, I actually hid in bed under my covers for a day. shudder
