Shirtless pics = Insecure DORK! The woman I am dating these days feels the same way.

Am I the only one to think that measuring gains every few weeks by shirtless pics is pretty pointless? If it is not, plz post your workout, because it is better than mine.

Shirtless pics are the ultimate in tacky in my opinion and just as bad are the women posting cleavage shots.

I never reply to guys with shirtless pics on OLD.

Whats wrong with cleavage shots? We were talking shirtless pics. Lets not derail the topic and let women think cleavage shots are bad ;)

If the guy is jacked like Chris Evans or similar i cqn almost hear their panties dropping to the floor with a splootch in their comments whenever one of my bodybuilder friends posts a progress pic before a show or shoot.

I hardly eve see people posting negative comments.

However these are guys who actually compete or model and not just some dbag thinking he all that and a bag of chips.

Huge turn off. Many people are turned off by guys who post shirtless pics....pics with fish....pics sky diving.....pics leaning on an expensive car that's not theirs. Not that you do all this but it falls into the category of things not to post.

Haha although I have heard there was a study showing that posing with cats, including tigers, is generally a turn on. So you might want to focus on that.

My muscle bound friend who has put on nearly 3 stone of muscle in 12 months has been doing the shirtless pic for a while.

But he rarely takes them himself, he'll just ask somebody else to take the pic.

He gets random adds on FB and they aren't looking to see if he has a winning personality.

Like a kid in a candy shop with all the offers that come his way :)

I personally like the "average" looking guy who tries to keep in shape. Not the ripped guy who could model for a magazine.

Being ripped or not, either way, to each his own.

5 times a week in gym for 1 hour at a time, 5000 calories a day.

Hell he even drinks most weekends and smokes while he drinks as well.

But overall, his diet is just feeding his muscles 24/7.

No way a man naturally builds that much muscle in a year (your friend using gear?). Our bodies have a max amount thats realistically achievable per month. Its likely that there was a lot of re-composition going on. Because if your friend doesnt do a lot of cutting cycles, he will be putting on some fat as he builds muscle (because of the calorie surplus needed to build muscle)

No way a man is gaining 42 lbs of muscle in 1 year naturally. All research on muscle gains shows that a perfect diet and training regimen can yield 2 lbs of muscle gain per month or around 23 to 26 lbs of muscle in your first year training.

That guy is taking something. When my ex joined the Paras in the army, he took some steroid thing for the first few months and he put on over a stone in muscle. He stopped that quickly though and he put on less muscle after that.
