Nope. Ive had this happen to me. Guy was positioned to where he could easily run off with my phone. He was pissed when I said no. Oh well.

 

I have let people use my phone before, but it was in a limited situation in which running off with my $300 phone was impossible.

OMG! I let 2 strangers in the past use my phone, once when I was at an amusement park waiting for my ride and the other time when I was at the casino. Thankfully, I had some crap ass phone back in the days, but since I have an Iphone now, I wouldn't let any stranger borrow my phone.

Also my cell is my only phone at the moment and if it was stolen ide be up a creek with no paddle..

I have before but it was usually apparent that it was an emergency.

 

I also needed to use stranger's cell twice in my life and both were kind enough to let me.
