First birthday in 9 years as single. Man, it feels strange. It's been 8 months since she left me. Wow. Obviously life goes on.

 

As you may or may not remember, I've been working on a music video. And I figured that my birthday would be the perfect day to release it.

 

The LoveShack community was a great inspiration when I made this, so I would be honoured if you would take a few minutes to watch it. Hope you enjoy it! :)

Happy birthday!! ;) What a lovely video. It was very tender and sweet. You are a very talented artist. Releasing your pain via your art is very cathartic. You are going to find another woman who will be SO lucky to have you!..Enjoy your birthday!!!!

While the most common advice here is "put everything in a box and move on", it simply didn't work for me. I needed closure; Not from her but from myself.

 

She ran away like a coward. I'm not like that. The things we shared really meant a lot to me. And even though 99% of this video consists of jokes that only she would understand, I hope that most people will see how much love there is in my heart. :)
