Serpentgrl89 Posted February 20, 2005 Posted February 20, 2005 Basically, there's this guy who I know I like - as in, more than a friend, which is what he is now. We both ride the same bus home from school, and he sits next to me, and we talk. He's never really shown any romantic interest in me, and I haven't to him. I also know that his family would never let him date - if it isn't school, his Mom won't let him do it. However, I want him to know, and his family wouldn't stop us from holding hands, etc. at school if he's interested. I want to tell him in an email, since we don't really ever get to be alone, and the bus is a little too crowded and loud to tell someone something like that, but I've never done this before! I was wondering if you could help me on how to manage this without sounding desperate or overly serious (we're only 16). I also want to be able to still be friends even if he doesn't want to be more.
