Don't misunderstand. She is a highly competent, highly functioning person. As a businesswoman, even though she has been out of the game for now close to eight years she is highly sought after. She is very involved with several volunteer organizations. She is really good at getting stuff done.

 

She is not an aspergers type person. She can build a team and make it run quite well, she just doesn't build that personal bond. She is in no way autistic.

 

The best way to put it is that in my professional life I had to convince people of things, )A courtroom), in her professional life she was a dictator(what she said went). She has never had to bargain with people.
