Diezel Posted July 10, 2014 Posted July 10, 2014 My new boyfriend makes a lot of effort but I think he fails to " read" in between the lines. First sentence in the thread... says she is a straight shooter.
stillafool Posted July 10, 2014 Posted July 10, 2014 My new boyfriend makes a lot of effort but I think he fails to " read" in between the lines. No one should have to read between the lines. If you don't like something you should tell him because he isn't psychic. Tell him what you like and don't like otherwise how will he know. I think this is your fault not his.
FitChick Posted July 10, 2014 Posted July 10, 2014 Rapey haircut = shaved head with gang symbols carved into it.
Elle1975 Posted July 10, 2014 Posted July 10, 2014 Rapey haircut = shaved head with gang symbols carved into it. Hawt. I wouldn't go for that but hey... to each his own.
lionheart153 Posted July 10, 2014 Posted July 10, 2014 Like everyone else here, I agree that you need to learn to communicate better. Most people would think that surprising the GF when they are sick is a good thing but if that breaks your privacy bubble then just tell him, if he cares he will not cross that line again. And for not letting you leave, that's a silly thing for you to say, you have your own will power to leave, and you should have just done that. Perhaps he didn't get the message, maybe he thought you were shy and thought staying would open you up. Who knows, that's why you communicate All in all though, it sounds like you just don't like this guy like you thought you did, and all these poor poor excuses is just you trying to justify a reason to dump him without feeling bad. Do him a favour and let him go before he goes deep, and tell the truth. Don't use those lame excuses. Just outright say that you just aren't feeling it and feel it would be better if you went your separate ways
