In another thread I had mentioned having to go to a building to update personal information and there is no way to do it over the phone or internet. My ex works in the office I have to go to. My father will be with me and I don't plan on speaking to my ex. I know I will be stuck seeing him. I have to get a ticket number and if by chance I should get his counter should I just have my father tell him he needs to get someone else. I know for a fact my ex can't update my information since he knows me. He had told me shortly after the break up he would get his assistant supervisor to do it. He knows I can not stand his supervisor. So I was naturally happy when he said he would get his assistant supervisor. I figure if my father should tell him to get her then I won't be breaking no contact. Or is seeing him breaking no contact? In my case I don't have a choice but to see him. Since this is a legal document I must update.

It's not breaking NC if you don't speak with him directly. In the case that does happen, just be courteous and hold your head high. Stick to the business at hand and that's it.
