StillHurtin Posted February 19, 2005 Posted February 19, 2005 H started a new job 3 weeks ago. He has to go to training next week an hour and half away. There is female co-worker that was told that she is to ride w/ H to the training. I am assuming so they don't have to spend more $ for mileage. I am not worried about H doing anything b/c I have met this woman, she is around 50 or 55 (H is 37). She is an average woman her age, she isn't some hot 50 yo. I guess if H had to go w/ female co-worker I am glad it's her and not some good lookin, hot woman. There is still a little trust issue. It's not so much trusting H, it's trusting other women around him. I have seen too many women flirt w/ him, I have heard about so many women flirting w/ him. At first I didn't think too much about women flirting w/ him. Now that H has actually had an A w/ one of these women that flirted w/ him I NEVER want another woman to flirt w/ him again, ever, whether she is 20 or 50. Yes, it bothers me that he has to ride alone w/ this woman and I really don't know why b/c I know he wouldn't do anything w/ her. I just find it really stupid on the companies part to allow this. What if she fasely accusses H of sexual harrassment so she can sue the company (or him) for making them travel alone together? It bothers me, should it?
tanbark813 Posted February 19, 2005 Posted February 19, 2005 It makes perfect sense why it would bother you. Unless they're taking a company car, I don't see how they can require them to ride together. What do they care who rides with whom?
Author StillHurtin Posted February 19, 2005 Author Posted February 19, 2005 Thanks tanbark. I just spoke to my mom and asked her if she knew this woman. She told me that she use to be our next door neighbor when we moved into town. I don't remember what she looked like as I was 13 when we lived there. She said that she is a very nice person and I have no worries. Not that H would do anything w/ a 50-55 yo woman. He sunk low enough to have an A w/ the OW, he wouldn't have an A w/ someone who is old enough to be his mom.
