Thread goes the same way every single time :lmao:.

FWIW, this type of thing wouldn't bother me.

The numbers range from 50-80%. It's hard to gauge because many of the people who have it, don;t know they have it. That range is a bit large for you to just pick the highest number. However, it's best to assume everyone has it until proven otherwise. Another reason not to engage in oral gangbangs with a bunch of people you don't know.

So, even though the OP lied to her bf when he specifically asked about her sexual past, she should continue to sweep it under the rug even after it may now affect his work? Right...

I was talking about oral herpes. Which is even more common than genital herpes. So much so, that oral herpes is now the leading type of genital outbreaks!

Do you ask your potential partners whether they have it or not??

How is this going to affect his work? !?

Can even be given by a parent

I would tell Ted, just so you can have him behind you watching your back. That's what we do, those of us in relationships. We have each other's back. Then, if this guy doesn't mention anything, great. However, if he does, you have an ally in the best possible position to fix things.

Ted got oral herpes from his mom most likely. Look it up. Everybody is worried about getting it at school in their teens, when it was given years ago... gross, but true.
