Nujabez Posted July 3, 2014 Posted July 3, 2014 Hey guys, I am wondering about this for ages: - Do long-term relationships even exist? - Do people still meet each other in their teenage years and end up being together for 5-?? years?

xxmusical Posted July 4, 2014 Posted July 4, 2014 - Do long-term relationships even exist? Yes they still exist. - Do people still meet each other in their teenage years and end up being together for 5-?? years? Several of my friends are still dating (and going to marry) their high school sweethearts after 7+ years. I am too 1
MissBee Posted July 4, 2014 Posted July 4, 2014 Yes they do. However, I'm not sure about idolizing meeting in one's teenaged years. You can have longterm relationships where you didn't start dating as teens. IMO, I would not have liked to be in a serious relationship since I was a teen. In my own circle of friends, I don't know anyone who is with someone they dated since high school...except one friend in a very dysfunctional relationship with her HS bf. But I do know several long term relationships where they met in college or later on in life. 1
