Does anyone have any tips for dealing with up and down mood swings? Since the breakup I have phases of happiness followed by phases of sadness and it's really bothersome. I want to just be happy, and I just keep going up and down, up and down. I feel good one minute and then lousy the next.

 

I work out everyday and diet and try to generally stay busy which helps, but after a while I always end up feeling lousy again. Should I see a shrink or something?
