Polite way to decline a date invitation from a coworker?

Oh that has become an issue of the last year!

 

I leanred early in my life never to date at work! I did we broke up and guess who is not longer working for the establishment hmmm?

 

You got it me! I was told that it is uncomfortable for him to be around me, hello?? He worked in Trauma, I worked step down 4 floors above!

 

Was it discrimmination, in a way yes, but actually it wasn't worth staying at the hospital and not enjoying life!
